My Wii is definitely collecting dust. Haven't played it since Super Mario Galaxy. But I will definitely wipe it off for Brawl. Dedede, here I come.

I had the wii forced on me by my family, I wanted an x-bos360 but they all wanted the wii.
My dad argumanet was that the 360 is the same as the ps2 and ps1, it's the same controller same concept, he wanted something new. And he figured if I wanted to play my type of games (fps' etc) I could play them on my comp. He had a good point, so he went to get it,

And literally, once we got it. I was hooked. It's so new, which makes it really fun. Not to mention seeing my dad play against my mom on wii tennis is hilarious.


Problems i've ecountered with the wii:
-lack of good games ( There's no creativity when it comes to nintendo, it's mario this or sonic that, there's nothing new and that piss' me off. And it makes me cry nwhen i go to rent a game, BUT I FIND NOTHING GOOD TO GET, but when i do, that game is usually really fun and exciting.Sadly for me, all the fps games for the wii SUCK! But oh well, if i want to play an fps, i'll get it for my comp.
- THEY SELL THE FREAKIN WII MOTE and the nunchuk SEPERATE WTF. YOu'd think a party type console would have a boxed deal or something. i don;t like spending 75$ so me and my sister can play wii boxing or resident evil umbrella chronicles . (which is surprisingly fun for rail shooter)



Basicly, yes most fo the agmes are for kids, and yeah you'll have a hard time finding good games right now, but besides all that the wii does it's job as being a really cool party console.

And it's cheap not like a certain console i know (cough ps3).

Yes. I got it for Christmas and played for... SIXHOURS!!!!! Very fun rail-shooter!

I must agree with general grevious...lack of creative games and I hate the feel of the remote in my hands. Theres certain games that the Wii just cant re-creat...like the medal of honor games, they were never meant to be played with a one handed controller...it just takes away from the overall games experience if I cant get comfy with the controller

i can definitely agree with that. i think the wiimote idea is pretty lame. i tried playing smashbros with a wiiremote... wow that lasted 30 seconds lol. the thing i don't like about the wii, is that sometimes i don't want to flail my arms... i just wanna sit back, and as you said, get comfy with the controller. the 360 is the best designed controller IMO.
